The device is clinically validated for accuracy. The RS3 Intelli IT guides the user to the correct wrist positioning (heart level) and confirms proper cuff wrapping, helping ensure more reliable results
It features one touch operation, a compact wrist design, and a soft cuff for 13.5–21.5 cm wrists. Simply place the device on your wrist, raise it to heart height, and your reading appears within seconds. It also includes an easy carry case for convenient use while travelling.

No. The RS3 Intelli IT does not include atrial fibrillation (AFib) detection. It does detect irregular heartbeats, but users who specifically need AFib screening should consider models such as M3 Comfort AFib, M6 Comfort AFib, M7 Intelli IT AFib, or X7 Smart AFib
Yes. The RS3 Intelli IT is fully compatible with the OMRON Connect app, allowing automatic Bluetooth syncing of all readings for long term tracking, data sharing with healthcare professionals, and easy trend analysis.
The device stores 30 readings for one user. While it does not offer dual user separated memory like RS7, readings can still be manually exported to the app if needed.
